what is a “natal planet”

When we astrologers speak of “natal planets” we mean the exact longitude and latitude of the planets in our solar system at the exact time and place of your birth. When we talk about “transits” to your natal planets we are talking about when the planets currently hit significant angles in relation to where they were positioned at your birth. Some of these angles create favorable energies and others create more challenging energies. The good news about the challenging energies is that they give us opportunities for lasting growth that can have reverberations throughout this lifetime and into whatever comes after it. So it is well worth your while to try and work on the challenges that these planetary energies present.
